WEI White Lotus Hydrating Face Treatment Pad: Review

For £55.00 for 6 pads, I can say I was expecting it to do a lot more.
The packaging, I think is okay... It's definitely not something I would see and it would basically be screaming at me to buy it, but it's okay.

The colour its self, is sort of a yellowy white; not a amazingly nice colour by any means. Although, I do like the writing and the blue branch. I think the writing is bold- it tells you what it does at soon as you look at it, and there is no hidden guides, of what it is and what it does. I don't really know why I like the branch. It adds a bit of colour to an otherwise 'drab' packaging, and I like how it's overlooking the writing; it looks rather Chinese?

I do, also like the fact that the directions are easy to follow, and direct. Maybe, because it was a higher ended brand that I though it would be in more technical, make-up artisty terms.

If you are reading this then you can obviously see the directions, so I don't have to type them out.

But, it does say that it 'Nourishes the skin with elements that improve luminosity and texture'. Personally, I don't believe it did that.

 Application ~

I followed the instructions to the letter, although I was in the bathroom, and I'm not a ticking clock, so I don't know if it had been 10 minutes. Yet, while the pad was on, I was moisturising and putting fake tan on, so I do think I reached 10 minutes.

The pad was quite hard to open, and it was much too big for my face. It had to go a bit past my hair and down my neck, which is wasn't supposed to. The sockets for your eyes, nose and mouth were too big aswell. The nose was okay, but the eyes were just big round circles.

I liked the way it felt when it was smoothed out over my face- not the way my face felt, but the way the pad against my face felt. Other than that it wasn't very special.

To be honest, when I took the pad off and wiped the excess away, my skin didn't feel any different from before. It could just be my skin type, or even my application, but it just didn't work.

I definitely won't be buying this again.
